The Golden Mickeys at Disney's Storybook Theater

Missed this one as well during my trip - as the performance was not scheduled for an entire week! Very disappointed as it's been said to be a great performance - glamorous and star-studded. You can expect all your favourite Disney characters in this broadway style musical program.

Fantasyland Railroad Station

This was one of the stuff I missed while at Fantasyland. Main reason was because we had a stroller and there was no need to ride a train! The Fantasyland Railroad station connnects Main Street USA & Fantasyland. Anyway, here are some sculptures taken right in front of the railroad station

Royal Banquet Hall

My favourite dining place in Fantasyland - The Royal Banquet Hall. It's really a stunning place - very regal atmosphere.

Banquet scenes featuring Disney Princesses adorn the upper walls:

There are also statues of Disney Princesses dancing with their Princes as in a banquet:

Some of the food available :

It's also the only place to get Mickey Pizza! So, don't miss out on a meal here!

Sleeping Beauty Castle

You won't miss this breath-taking castle right in the middle of Disneyland! It's also the entrance to Fantasyland. Enter beneath the graceful spires and into the towering castle of Aurora, the classic fairytale princess who finds her happily-ever-after when her handsome prince slays the fire-breathing dragon. Pass over the moat and through its grand gates and you may even meet your beloved princesses here at the castle.

Storybook Shoppe

Storybook Shoppe is in Fantasyland and is the only store which little girls can glam up themselves with Disney Princesses costumes! Very helpful and friendly cast members will assist you in choosing the right costume size and also the accessories. It's quite disappointing to note that only costumes for girls are available. Popular ones are Snow White, Cinderella and Sleeping Beauty. Accessories include shoes, tiara, wand, gloves and purses. Other disney paraphernalia are also available in this spacious store.

Pooh Corner

You will never get tired looking at all the different decor in each store here in Fantasyland! This one is really cute! It's connected to the ride The Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh. Once you've completed the ride, you will exit into this store where you can purchase photos of you taken during the ride.

There are lots of Disney items on sale here but their highlight is obviously Winnie the Pooh and his friends.

Merlin's Treasures

Merlin's Treasures is a store located in Fantasyland. Good place to shop for souveniers!

The overall decor of the store is very quirky and whimsical, as the photos below show:

Check out the various deals and special offers for Annual Pass holders at the cashier counter.

Philharmagic

Enjoy a presentation starring Donald Duck - one of Disney's biggest animated stars. This show takes you on a three-dimensional journey through some of the most memorable moments in Disney animated films. Meet princesses, villains and beloved heroes up close in this silly symphony of surprises.

Don't forget your 3-D glasses - these are distributed to everyone before the show and collected back immediately after. This show is a must-see! Don't miss it! Take note of show times throughout the day.

Sword in the Stone

Try and see whether you can pull out the sword in the stone. Merlin the Magician recruits young ladies and squires from throughout the kingdom to test their strength and courage, because, as the tale goes, "Who so pulleth out this sword of this stone and anvil is rightwise king born of England."

Merlin the Magician's performance takes place several times a day in front of Cinderella's Carousel at Fantasyland! He speaks Cantonese though. Merlin can also be found wandering Fantasyland whenever he's not performing. Check out his 'watch' which is an hourglass! Grab the opportunity to take photos with him!

Disney's The Sword in the Stone was released in 1963. Tired of living in a Medieval mess...Merlin uses all his magic powers to change a scrawny little boy into a legendary hero!
